Is this open to men and women?

Yes, this retreat is completely inclusive and open to all genders. We create a safe container for everyone.

Do I need any prior experience?

None at all. Whether it's your first time trying breathwork or you're a seasoned practitioner, you will be guided every step of the way.

What is the physical demand level?

The movement sessions like Pilates and yoga are adaptable to all levels. You can participate at a pace that feels right for your body.

How large is the group?

To ensure an intimate, personalized experience, the retreat is strictly capped at a maximum of 16 participants.

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable movement clothes, walking shoes for bush hikes, a journal, and an open mind. We provide all equipment, meals, and bedding.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to make this investment as accessible as possible. Reach out to us to arrange a schedule.

Who can't do breathwork?

Breathwork is not suitable for people who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, severe anxiety disorders, or have recently had surgery. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your GP before registering and reach out to us directly — we'll let you know if this retreat is right for you.

Is this right for me if I'm not sure I'm ready?

If you're asking the question, you probably are. This retreat is designed for people who know something needs to change but haven't quite made the leap. You don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to show up willing. The work meets you where you are.
